In the year 2099, the global economic structure has aligned in favor of the "oil-wealthy" nations of the Middle East. The UOA, (United Oil Affliliates) and their surrounding territories are being threatened by a highly technical and organized faction of extremists who loathe the persistance of oil becoming a deity feeding on capitalism and the lust for money and power.
