I am Ruby Hart. My husband is William Hart and we've been living as married a couple for eleven year. We have three beautiful and adorable kids. I mothered a nine year old boy - Jonathan, a four yea old toddler - Jacob and a thirteen months old charming baby Jasmine. Same with any other mothers, I am fun of preparing dishes. I aim to be the best cook for my family. And every time I see them enjoying the food that I prepared for them, it delighted me. Hence, I usually stay at the kitchen and learn new recipes. However, nourishing my kids and keeping them healthy is my priority. So, I make sure to only serve them with foods packed with the nutrition they need. I encourage them to eat more fruits and vegetables, less meat and no junk foods. Serving them the right food makes me confident that my family is healthy with good nutrition.
