Wormhole

Sounds more like the black holes created a wormhole rather than bigger black hole.

Space 1999

Sounds like the plot of Space 1999, where the Moon (including a base on it) gets thrown into another part of the galaxy:

Don't worry, you didn't miss much. As you can probably tell from the intro it wasn't very good, but it did have a similar plot to your idea (the idea is good though!).

Apparently Space 1999 was the sequel to another series called UFO which is wonderfully camp:
