Soldiers are random guys and you can invent their personalities yourself. Sample has just got to the only area still held by the soldiers and the soldier asking that makes sure Sample is on their side.

Assistant is only female in this movie. She works with Sample and is the only one who can end the robots rampange. She doesn't have so personal characteristics. When she says that she is annoyed by Sample who refers to her bad shooting skills.

This is a bit tricky. This project is going on really slowly, because I have many other things to do. That captain comes somewhere in the middle of the movie, so it's going to take a long time before you can do anything. I'll contact you then!

I looked at that, and I think I might have some roles for you, but I don't need them for a while. I have only three roles until the half of the movie, and they have been filled already.

Sofia: I have only one role for woman. but I if you are interested, I can absolutely make room for another role for you. I think the actor of the assistant is still active enough. Actors are so rare here...

Post a sample for Sample. Or was it the other way around? A Sample for sample? Or a sample of a sample. Or a sample of Sample?

I for one look forward to sampling Sample. (Not in the making sounds kind of way, know nothing about that kind of sampling. But I am quite good at sampling ice cream, or candy. And Sample do have some similarities to a lollipop.)

I need voice actors. Most roles aren't filled yet, but I have a problem. I have just started animating and there are only few characters talking until the half of the movie, so I don't need actors for a long time. This task has been open so long, that most of the actors for those roles have been unactive, so I don't know anymore who is playing who! I will re-share the roles when I need voice acting. You have to wait few months (I'm the only person making this, so don't wonder if I'm proceeding slowly).

Gah... I had dual boot Ubuntu on my older computer before I cleared it. I never used it because Blender didn't work on it for some reason. I don't want to jump between different using systems and I have found other good recording programes so I don't want to mess with it now.

I have 8GB memory on my computer. 32bit Ubuntu can use only 4GB and there is no 64bit version from it.

Make it a dual boot Ubuntu?

I have used Audacity for a loooong time and it was my recording tool, but it don't work on my new computer! It keeps crashing on my 64bit Windows 7 Pro.

Sample haven't proceeded to animating yet, so you have to wait for a while before having anything to do. If you want to do something now, I suggest to look at Stick Wreck project here at WAM (www.wreckamovie.com/stickwreck). Animating of that project is going to start in few weeks and this project is going to start in about one month and I'm also in the Stick Wreck animator crew so go there if you want to get acting quicker.

I'm at least "trying" to make this project cool so no problem with that :) If you want to voice act, you have to wait for a while. I opened this task a bit too early because I have nothing even animated yet, but I'm planning to start soon when I get my character models ready (2/3 ready).

Accent is not problem here. You just have to wait for a bit, becouse we are still modelling things. We try to start animating soon. :)

That is the editable version of the script. It has all the changes done (all changes are in different colour) so it's the latest version.

I downloaded your sample.mp3 and I can say that you accent is not a problem. I can hear that this has been recorded at midnight :). I try to image now what it would sound like if your voice would be in the movie. As I have said, I am not good at this part of making a movie... I can say that your voice is good for this movie but I am just thinking wich character you should take.

Scene 1 has a talking wich goes something like this:

Scientist X: Does it have had any effect yet?
Sample: No. Moment ago, I thought that I felt something, but no.
Scientist X: Ok. Let's wite for a moment and if nothing comes out then, I'll stop this test. We don't have enough time for silly tests.
(Scientist X leaves the room.)

You could record this few times and speak for both characters and try to say these things little bit different for each record. But remember, that I am not really good at english so feel free to fix that speak :).

Ok. First, send me a sample of your voice. Record a short tape where you speak, so I can see what kind of voice you have, so I can decide wich character you take. I don't have the full story but if you get scientist X or Sample, I can say now what you can do. Scene 1 has only little speaking. If your voice don't fit to any character (this isn't professional so you have to have quite bad voice if it don't fit) I know who to ask later.
