DescriptionWe've never done anything like this before so we're going to need a ton of help and advice. Seems like the first thing that we need to accomplish is to figure out how the film will be structured. So our first task/challenge is to help brainstorm ideas for segments in the film. Here are a few of our ideas - please add your ideas for segments in the film that you would like to see. We'll get things started with a few shots of our own - use the thumbs up icon to vote for your favorites and add comments to each segment idea. If you have a new idea for a possible segment of the film please add a new "shot" and the community will vote and comment on whether or not it should be included. Thanks!
Shots Jim Babb's Socks Inc launchSince Jim's project is being developed and launched during the timeframe we're documenting I think we should include their behind the scenes story in some way. This could be one of the main story threads in the film.  FAQ?Hi Steve, welcome to Wreckamovie! :) Would it be possible for you to create a FAQ about this project, so people can get a handle on it? It could explain the basics of what you're doing, so that people can help you more easily. :) I had a look round your site, it's nice, but it was not easy to find out the concept behind it. :/ Maybe the links at the top could be more prominent for example? Much like the "We Want to Play" panel at ARGfest 2010 I think it would add great value to the film to give players a platform to share their views and thoughts on Remix Fiction and transmedia storytelling in general. I'll (Steve) record answers to all the questions asked in the FAQ and let the audience vote on which ones are included in the final cut. This segment would address the issue of transmedia storytellers and guerrilla marketers who cross the line from entertainment to hoax. It is funny you mention Socks Inc - I found it through Kickstarter and Twitter and joined it before finding this... it is not one of your conspiracy type ARGs (um well does not seem like it so far... : ) and could offer a contrast to what many may "stereotype" as an ARG.....
