Closing NoteWe go with Petri's design, which was already turned in to a 3D model. DescriptionIn the end battle we need a model of a P-Fleet orbital defense plattform. The plattform cannot move my itself and is unmanned. The weapons are twinklers and lightballs. Examples from Babylon5:

This task is closed. Shots Great ball of deathMy concept for the orbital defence plattform. I figured that the plattform ought to be buid from the same components and materials as the P-Fleet ships so I used the twinkler cannons and lightball launching tubes from Kickstart.

CommentsThat looks great Thierry, the raven suits the dark metal really well. Well done! :) And it's fully animated by the way. That's just pure awesome! :D  Avenger Orbital BatteryI just cut & pasted an AH64D M-TADS and an AN/TWQ-1 Avenger weapons platform together onto a crappy MS-Paint body.
I hope this will be of some inspirational use for real designers. The defensive purpose of something like this is readily recognizable.

Yeah, sure. I gues it really doen't need that many lightball launchers
Cool design, more logical what I had in mind.
But I would reduce the number lightbal launcher since light ball can fly curves and launch system inside takes place which could be used as LB storage.
