Umm.. What kinda characters?

Some preliminary description of the characters, or at the minimum their approximate nationalities, would help...

BTW.. There are some really weird African dudes doing some funny business in the yard and basement at our apartment building. They seem to collect old computers and printers, stash them in empty storages of our basement and their old minivans, and sell them to who knows where... I really have no idea what their business idea is, and it ain't harmful in any way, so i don't mind. But it seems like one novel immigrant survival technique to earn some money in Finland. If i see those guys, i'll ask them. Maybe one of them is an actor:)
