Weird World

It would be nice to have it so that historical entities which have not been successful are in fact powers. Such as Cuba being a power, or some African country being in the group of the 8. A backwards world compared to Real Life.

Generally locals of capital are related to access to resources...
Capitals themselves, remoteness...
As impractical future tech designs such as Giant Solar Fields (in Desserts), Wave Energy Generators (In the Antarctic Seas), or North Sea Wind Mills, may excite the artists on board and create stirring / classic backdrops to action. Capitals of Congress might as well be Zero Emission Cities resembling the classic 'European Town,' 'Souq,' or 'Medina.' Such designs are already in the works and should provide backgrounds worthy of black and white film. Which I'm sure this film will easily accomplish in part because the Moon is...

Erst example...

- "Here's Dick Vordunn, reporting from the Hague, Netherlands.'

- 'Salutations, Marie... The Supreme Court today announced the inauguration of Great Rift Valley Water Park Project...'
in clear-as-a-cow-bell-Texan... would do the trick I think.

With the global "credit crunch" that's certainly a possibility! Just look at the speed China's economy has grown in the past 10 years....
