As impractical future tech designs such as Giant Solar Fields (in Desserts), Wave Energy Generators (In the Antarctic Seas), or North Sea Wind Mills, may excite the artists on board and create stirring / classic backdrops to action. Capitals of Congress might as well be Zero Emission Cities resembling the classic 'European Town,' 'Souq,' or 'Medina.'
