Few albums and songs

growing up in the 80s: David Bowie - Young Americans; Judas Priest - Breaking the Law (actually the whole Painkiller-album), Billy Idol - Cyberpunk-album; Kauko Röyhkä - Disko-Datsun.

living in the 2000s: Rammstein - Amerika

identity/roleplaying/changing: Mr. Bungle - Vanity Fair

gothic/emo/guys with make-up: Marilyn Manson - Antichrist Superstar -album

Jesus/religion: Laibach's album "Jesus Christ Superstar" is all about Jesus and christian religion.

playboy/pick-up artist: There I would suggest definitively: Scissor Sisters: Ta-Dah.

corrupt local politics: Shitter Limited's music in general.

I've started listening to these. Added Rammstein's Amerika on my playlist, and Manson's The Not So Beautiful People, although that's from a different album.

Excellent suggestions! Most of these I know vaguely, but don't have in my own music library.

Unsurprisingly, very few bands write songs about local politics in a universal way, so your idea there is very useful!
