With Russian Rockets (Cold War) the Nazis on Moon become new Information and Materials from Earth. (Nobody knows in UDSSR)

All the scientists from Nazi Germany in the U.S. do the same, they build lost informations and material in apollo later spaceshuttles etc....

It must give a secret service on moon too, agents etc...

the overkill Earth can be short ,-) otherwise the next part ;)
