Maybe 013 happened to be a engineering code for nazies special bioalcohol fuel? And they are very amazed that people drink it in bars in Finland. Maybe even a scene where a young nazi soldier is sent to get some 013 from "waffen bruders" and he end up into a bar where he is given koskenkorva when asking for liquid called 013.

There are lots of these 013 banners in Finnish bars and there is a ful range of 013 products made by altia who is trying to make old koskenkorva international by marketing it under tis "013 The Original" brand. So I guess this 013 would work with them.
