I think Churchill would work best as he had such a distinctive appearance, he was iconic. Other Allied leaders such as Roosevelt aren't as immediately recognisable (though of course if it's a whole shooting range you could put them all on there, De Gaulle would be another obvious candidate).
Thanks for the ideas! We'll yet have to see how much time we'll have for making playable mini-games, but for example darts would seem to work well as an idle action for the base soldiers too (i.e. you could see them play even if you couldn't actually participate).
Kris: The photo of Churchill would fit well in the base shooting range too, I suppose. :P

Now I am thinking of bored nazi soldiers throwing darts at captive penguins. Sadly, including such an act in the game may somewhat enrage the PETA folks...
Unless the penguins get mad, turn into zombies, and eventually attack the soldier, eating their brains!
Hmm. What if this was some kind of nightmare a soldier may have?
The darts sound good, perhaps you could have a photo of Churchill on the dartboard? (This is a Nazi base, after all)
