Corruption rules in 2018

In the competition on perfectionism the "remodelling" through plastic chirurgy of less lucky creatures stemming from the gene pool that fled the earth is a puplic secret - maybe too because "no oil - no plastic" makes it hard to improvise for surgians "reparairing". Based on knowledge of such "corrections" übermenschen are being black-mailed - and the leaders have ordered that every public figure has to wear an exact same "body cream" and "body powder" make-up to ensure that "corrections" cannot be detected by the public. Not seing who's real and who's not drives corruption and angst.
