X - other than Xylophon there are Xenophobie, Xenon, XYZ, Xerographie, X-Beine (IIRC in the Volksschule we had XYZ and Xylophon)

C - Collie, Chor, Chaos, Cäsar, Cäsium, Chiropraktiker, Chiffre (picture of Enigma)

I - Insel (island), Inn (river near Hitlers birthplace -Braunau am Inn), Igel (hedgehog), Iglu, Impala (kind of antilope), imminent (as in "der Endsieg ist imminent"), Indien/Inder/Indianer, Index, Injektion, Insekt, Invalide (old person), Israel, Italien

Ä - Äpfel (plural of Apfel), Ängstlich (anxious) and Ähre (as Pekka noted)

EDIT: Äther (ether) [possibly Luminiferous aether http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luminiferous_aether if the Nazis still follow this theory. Might be plausible as they were out of the loop, and they use antigravity anyways.]

Xenon could be of use in here. Perhaps the technicians of moon nazis have found out that xenon gas is used in flashlights and gas lamps and especially in lasers.

That makes many military uses of that xenon.
