Thierry, that's exactly the way we have planned to implement it, just have not had the time. It will be done eventually, but some other, more important things first.
Maybe you should be able to delete a production as long as no one has written a shot or a comment.
Or you have a button which will tell the admin that you want to delete that production.
It's intentional. The reason is that we want to make sure we don't run into a situation in which somebody deletes a production and all the work of others is gone.
For accidentally created productions, just rename "To be deleted" and let us know and we'll get rid of it.
