Band performance at scheduled times

If you integrate the idea of the band (Timo suggested it I think?) you could have a schedule of performances for various tunes.

1) When and where: In whatever venue that the band normally plays, presumably some kind of officers' mess? It would be in the evenings when most of the base crew are relaxing.

2) Requirements: The player is able to see what's going on but hasn't been spotted by a guard. Perhaps the player is in disguise, or in a hiding place?

3) Trigger: It happens according to the time of day.

4) Description: The band gathers in the venue and plays a particular song or songs when they are scheduled to do so.

5) Notes: This would be a similar idea to the band that plays in Animal Crossing if you enter the museum's cafe at the right time on the right day.

Seppo: Yes, that should be possible, it's a good idea too.

Is it possible in the game that an american soldien (game player) could wear nazi officer uniform to do a task more easy on antactic base? If so, the appearining of nazi uniform in front of the eyes of the band could change the music style to "german jazz". On the other hand, without that uniform or using american uniform the music playing stops and the band goes silent

I agree with Peter, this is a great idea! I remember planning something a lot like this for an earlier game project, but that one is on hiatus anyway so it's great to get to do it somewhere. :)

Great idea! The way they have done this in Animal Crossing is a good benchmark, would be really cool to have something similar. Special things happening on special dates. A bit of an easter egg thing even.
