krauts, les bosch, cabezas cuadradas... every language has a word for "Scheiß Deutsche". But actually I don't care. And I think nobody should be offended, if a (comical) movie drops bombs like these because they are not realy racist. The limit is not crossed as long as you don't make fun of the victims.
Timo you really can forget worrying about that. The whole concept of Iron Sky is problematic to Germans as we are all spoon-fed from fourth grade on that we are the most horrible people in all the world and that we have to be sorry for all our lives for what our grandparents did. This is BS obviously but since we're bombarded with messages like these from early childhood we believe them... So many of us thing it's totally out of line to make jokes about the third reich and Hitler. But those people are not gonna be interested in Iron Sky ;P So the ones that think that space nazis could be great fun like Mathias and me wwon't be insulted by referring to Germans as "Krauts" anyways. I also think the "Astrokraut" play of words is great and should be exloited to its full potential ;D
I think this is a good one! Just a bit worried that the "krauts" part is a bit insulting to all Germans, not aimed at just Nazis. But I guess you are a German, so...

Attack of the Astrokrauts sounds so good that it could even be a movie title all by itself. Can already see the B-movie scifi horror posters...
Astrokrauts - hilarious!
OK :)
And yes, "Astrokrauts" has lots of potential and would be a great one-liner to sell the movie with, so lets hope a certain director takes notice...
