Based on a 3D comic made by a chap called Mechmaster and featuring the Daleks from the British science fiction TV series Doctor who although these Daleks are a different design and have more personality than the ones from the TV show

Second Empire takes place in a universe where the Daleks are the superior species and are conquering the galaxy with ease, however all is not well within the empire a general named Xenol is brought before the emperor after failing to obey an order and doing something he wasn't supposed to and to make matters worse he got badly beaten

After the meeting with the emperor and on his way back to base Xenol realizes the emperor is unfit to rule and should be replaced

The series follows Xenols attempt to take control of the empire and crown himself the Emperor of the Daleks
