A nasty problem solved!

Posted June 24, 2010 by Daniel Saarimäki 1 Thumb-up

I have lots of problems with my scene 1, but the most biggest one is now solved! When I first keyed my animation, I made the stickmans go in a flat level. In the scene 1, there is a part where Assistant helps X to sit down. She should also go down, but I had already keyed her to go in a flat level. This wouldn't be a problem if I would be using old version, but when I fixed my other problem in the animation, I had to convert keyframes to actions. I can't edit them anymore!

Now I have finally solved it. It was so simple, that I almost felt off from my chair when I noticed that it works. I just had to key the location of the main bones in pose mode! That's it! I haven't converted the pose keys to an action, so I was able to edit them!

After that, I noticed, that my leg keyframes were also converted to an action. Now I'm trying to solve that. I have succesfully transferred the keyframes from the action to the animation, and I can now edit them, but after the transfer, some keyframes messed up and I'm trying to solve that mess now...

BTW, After messing with this problem, I have one thing to say... NEW BLENDER ROCKS!
