Saint Dymphna > Teeth Props > I´ll give it a shot
For Saint Dymphna, we have a scene where...let me back up first then I will describe the scene. At a local insane asylum, inmates that had "biting issues" had two forms of punishment. The first offense brought them solitary confinement for two days. The second offense they saw the doctor. And he would strap them down and one by one pull out all their teeth. Pretty harsh, eh? So, we have a sequence where one of our brave paranatural explorers is strapped down by the demonic appration of the doctor from the asylum who then proceeds to take out his teeth, one by one. We'd like to do a photo shoot of this scene for pre-marketing and I'm wondering if there is anyone that can make what looks like about 10 new teeth and 20-30 old rotted teeth.

Saint Dymphna > Demon Design > Kidnapper
by: Dan Paladino

You could have a woman whose child died during childbirth so she kidnaps a child from the maternity ward and flees. When the cops find her she has cut her wrists leaving her to bleed out in the bathtub with the child she has just drowned. Alternately, in demon form she could look kind of like a sinister Venus Fly Trap made of flesh and bones for a stalk with blood and sinews dripping from its teeth. From the center of its mouth there's an umbilical chord with stillborn looking baby attached to it. Ultimately the child will cry drawing the attention of someone. Hypothetically let's give cameraman "Jeff" the role of hero. He valiantly rushes to find the crying baby, finds it, sees the sight, turns to run, the child grabs cameraman Jeff around the leg and the "baby-umbilical-tongue-like" apparatus is retracted in to the mouth of the sinister flesh-plant.

Ah, good to know. The premise is definitely up for change, just an idea. No need for the woman to die with the child, she could have been found after killing the child then incarcerated.

interesting...now, the problem which you wouldn't know is a problem because you have not read the script, is everything takes place inside an asylum where these demons were incarcaraed as men/women. Great idea, keep 'em coming

Saint Dymphna > Demon Design > Kidnapper
Saint Dymphna is designed to be a horror film. To work it must have great moods and atmospheres as well as progressive story telling that goes beyond the current mode of handy cam, "Blair Witch" type movies. Every scene once in the building has multiple viewpoints as there will be multiple cameras. The foundation ones will come from small mounted cameras placed throughout the building. Then each team of investigators will have a camera man accompany them and the members of the team will have a camera as well. Two investigators will not have a cameraman with them, but instead will have a mini camera mounted to their head as well as an over the shoulder harness that holds a camera pointed back at them giving us a dual screen look (what they see and their reactions). While our director is a very creative person and an artist in his own right, I am of the mind that it valuable to have more than one mind creating as the more we have the more sparks that will be ignited creating an inferno that we can effectively have burn. Feel free to contact me here or directly at rlr@framelightproductions.com Demon Design: Within the walls of Saint Dymphna are fifteen demons. Each should have a unique look. Our thought is that the demons wear in death the face they carved in life. While they once upon a time were human, they are not so any more and as a result of that, should not reflect human qualities any longer. This does not have to be over the top but subtle. Perhaps one was a child killer/cannibal. Now she looks like a monstrous doll. Or one was an animalistic killer; he should look more beastly than human and so on and so forth. One was a pyromaniac and thus his head looks like a melted candle bust. The idea is that each looks different and unique

Saint Dymphna > Demon Design > The "Tattooed" Man
by: Justin Pradier

I'm envisioning a man who in life, enjoyed skinning and dismembering his victims and using the skin and other body parts for various black magical purposes. In death he would appear as a typical looking black magic practitioner (think pop culture version of a Voodoo Practitioner). His body would be adorned with "tattoos" that are not actually ink, but sections of his skin that have been removed, revealing the flesh beneath. His teeth would all be sharpened to points, and his lips would be missing, giving him a permanent evil grin.

Robert L Robinson Jr created a new production "Saint Dymphna"

The premise of the story is that we are following a paranormal investigative team from a fictitious hit television series called “Paranatural Explorers” as they do a live broadcast in a “haunted location.” Unbeknownst to them, the facility is actually haunted by demons and in a style that combines Cinéma Vérité with reality television, we watch the horrors unfold.
