Have a look at New Land Pictures first produced shortfilm Nightmare!
Nightmare won first price @ iikfestivaalit!

Today I got the news that Nightmare had won the first price for best shortfilm at iikfestivaalit! I'm very happy because this movie was extremely difficult to do, I think everybody involved were constantly afriad of stepping over some boundaries. So we always re-cut the movie and changed the monologue until we were certain that this will not hurt or piss somebody off big time. And apparently we managed to do so and we also kept a good balance between what can be shown and what should just stay in our twisted minds forever.
I'm still hoping to get Nightmare to other festivals here in Finland but I'm also sending it out to independent horror festivals around the globe.

FINALLY!!! I say FINALLY with big f*ing letters because this project turned out to be a real nightmare, haha!
After many ups and downs we decided to cut down the movie to under 15 minutes so that we could get it into different shortfilm festivals, even if this is only a shortfilm we did kill a lot of darlings in the editing room but hopefully people will someday see the whole movie as it was supposed to be, approximately 25 minutes.
A release-party will take place 2nd October at Club 18 in Karjaa. After that the movie will hopefully enter "iikfestivaalit" here in Finland and perhaps a few festivals later next year.
The end is near.

Alright fellow wreckers! "Nightmare" is finally on the home straight! Some adjustments will be made and then it can be launched. The final product will be about 25 minutes long including some bloopers in the end credits. Also, we got the excellent Ian Eric Highhill (lead singer in Olympos Mons) who composed a great song called "Flowers On My Grave" exclusively made for this short film. We at New Land, are grateful to finally see results after all this work and we hope to be able to show "Nightmare" to the world. We also hope to be able to put the same amount of work into our upcoming series "Chasing The Dead". Hope you all catch the premiere!

That is a great idea, thank you for that!
Well done on completing it, maybe you could set up a task for gathering feedback on the finished film?
Great! Very entertaining. I learned to understand myself better, he-he.
