Well, title says it all - the project needs good logo, to make a mark by just looking at it. Ideal starting point ... well, David Dees illustrations are very good reference.

Time to restart this project from totally new pov - and, with at least for now, temporary logo

New task: Episode format

Since each episode is relatively short, they should follow some kind of format - and now I have to admit, I have no idea where to start... perhaps I'll update this next time I'll get a brainstorm :)

This is more a rough sketch of an idea than a solid attempt at a final logo. I was thinking something like this: http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/4700/kaballogotest1.png In a motion title shot as you introduce characters they could zoom back to occupy slots in the pie, like this: http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/6128/kaballogotest2.png At least that might inspire someone else to a logo concept.

I agree with Peter on animation, otherwise looks very good start - how about using some kind of cartoon-ish images instead of photography style in place of the person, what you guys think?

My idea with the characters is, that Kabal has 5-8 permanent members, and enough temporary members to fill full dozen - temporary members are in one to several episodes, depending on the character and storyline. Suggestions for permanent and temporary characters are what I'm looking for. Couple of ideas for permanent characters: - Robert "Bob" Doorway, Software Mogul, creator of Gatekeeper operating system which powers over 97.5% of all computers. Richest batchelor in the world, womanizer and very famous about it. - Aleksandrov Jonesevic, Russian, control of so-called "real world movement", alternative media which was created by Kabal to compete with mainstream publications. but in reality follows Kabal's orders down to a letter. Alexandrov is always looking for opportunities to hit his rival main stream media mogul where it hurts. - Dave "Davey-boy" RatKid, youngest member of RatKid Banking Family, most wealthiest bankers in the World. Their fingers are in almost every kind of business in almost everywhere, business being legal or illegal .-that's no matter as long as the profit is high! - Unnamed Big Pharma mogul, CEO of world's largest pharmacy company. - Unnamed Arms dealer, sells to anyone with enough $$$ Remember, when you think about characters, they are always satirical, cynical implementations of real world - also always doing one scam or another to gain more power in the World and inside Kabal.

Music can be something like minute or two long, just for starting the program - I have been thinking quite a bit about the atmosphere, it should be somewhat similar to basically any mystery/suspence movie. Well, best reference tunes which come to mind are themes from Halloween and Phantasmagoria movies The other way around is a build a theme which could be played as very low background tune during the whole episode, but somehow this isn't very appealing.
