Very nice!
I suppose war/conflict-related games would fit best, Autofahrt might be too "peaceful" for the setting.
"Der Kampf in den Lueften" and "Reise durch Deutschland" both look fine to me, though the latter could perhaps be adapted into a more mi...

I think Churchill would work best as he had such a distinctive appearance, he was iconic. Other Allied leaders such as Roosevelt aren't as immediately recognisable (though of course if it's a whole shooting range you could put them all on there, De Gaulle w...

Thanks for the ideas! We'll yet have to see how much time we'll have for making playable mini-games, but for example darts would seem to work well as an idle action for the base soldiers too (i.e. you could see them play even if you couldn't actually partic...
Nice! What's the name of the author?
The idea about aircraft "jamming" is cool.

Harald: Thanks for the correction, feel free to point out any other inaccuracies you run into here. :)
This specific rank we had already corrected in our design files (I've worked on a list/table of military hierarchy of all soldiers & officers in the g...
Thanks for the correction, Hauptsturmführer is indeed the one we meant to use.
And yes, his rank is supposed to be equivalent of a captain.

The rank you gave him is the equivalent of a Captain, and it's Hauptsturmführer, not Sturmhauptführer - that would be an SA rank.
An SS Colonel would be a Standartenführer.

Well, it wasn't just that, but the two soldiers behind them staring into each other's eyes... (sigh) :)
Almost reminds me of that scripted event I submitted in...

What might tie in with the setting would be experiments to make soldiers more resistant to cold.
(But, as always, we have to remember this is a VERY sensitive area because the real Nazis really did do such experiments in various camps. Anything in the ga...

Matti, just a story idea off the top of my head: maybe the character thinks they can make an easy getaway from the base with the snowmobile, but an unavoidable event means they just crash it into a wall after a couple of metres.
Sort of a comedy moment, ...

Well, you're assuming that trademark owners have common sense. ;)
Unfortunately they're mostly control freaks who don't care whether they benefit from something or not. :/

Well, it *is* a classical board game. There may be some bored and somewhat childish soldiers entertaining themselves with it... ^^

True about the trademark issue. Although it could also be seen as a good thing (free publicity) when one makes sure it is known the game was not approved of by the nazi leaders?
