I agree with Paul. Also I think that the first thing that a person going to your site should see is something more about your site (what is it, what does it do etc.). For me personally it didn't give any kind of idea what site did I stumble on. It looked very similar to youtube (or any other site where you can upload your own homemade videos) and I believe that it's not quite what you are after(?). The message that this is a tv (and what ever other message you want to convey) should be stronger and more clear in my opinion. I also though that there was way too much clutter on the first page.

I arrive at the home page and already there's some film waiting to play itself into my face. Personally, I find this sort of thing a bit much and it makes me want to get out. Nothing personal, even the BBC website seems determined to churn audio/video at the drop of a hat, but I'd prefer a home page that explained what it was all about, rather than one that immersed me in it regardless.
