Wreck-a-movie works!! :o) This production is now under way. I'm collaborating with a Helsinki-based production team, who got in touch with me last week.

Aivobic Exercise Videos > The picture composition plus look-and-feel > Specifics?
All immediate comments from visually thinking people are welcome. The task specifics will be posted at the same time as the link to the demo audio file to give you a 'picture' of what the exercises are actually about.

Hi, you might want to try putting up some very specific tasks for this video, instead of just one general task?

At the moment it's a bit unclear what exactly you want help with.

Reidar Wasenius created a new production "Aivobic Training Videos"

I have been developing the BRIIM brain training system as a part-time process since 1989. As temporary installations, I have even built Brain Fitness Centers that were very popular.

The time to establish them as permanent physical venues plus extensive brain training facilities on the net has come. Among many other things, Briim Centers will contain a Brain Gym, a Brain massage room, a Lingua Spa etc. Vistors can also participate in Aivobic ('Brainbic') sessions.

Aivobic is a brain training method for developing concentration.
The exercises range from really easy ones (useful when you want to collect your thoughts) to super tough ones that only a few people on the planet will be able to master. To show people what Aivobic is about, I'm about to produce some three-minute videos.

The three-minute piece of music to be used as the sound track is being produced by a professional and will be ready in a few weeks. I will post a link here as soon as it's ready.

Already before that, I'll post a link to an audio file that shows what a brief exercise session is like. (It will be built on a sound track from a CD with aerobics music. :o)

The basic idea of aerobics is to do various STEPS (plus hand and body movements) on a 2D floor. In AIVOBIC, participants do patterns of 'steps' in the one-dimensional space we all have in our minds: The number space. Typically for beginners, we 'move around' in the space 0..40. You'll hear what I mean when you hear the audio file.

The first tasks soon to be posted will be related to:

* Designing the picture composition and general look and feel

Currently, the idea is to have a 'trainer' in a simple streamlined futuristic outfit (tunic, jump suit, ...?) standing in front of a bluescreen so that she/he can be embedded into a state-of-the art 4D Brain Training UI. Or should she/he just be talking head? Is it best to use a real person or a digitized or a completely artificial one? Should the person be surrounded by floating numbers, buttons etc...?

* Designing in detail the futuristic 4D brain training UI

Buttons, sliders, moving numbers etc floating in mid-air that the trainer seems to be operating...?

* Designing the tool with which people all around the world can start creating their own Aivobic exercises

This is the ambitious goal so that humanity will finally move on from just training their bodies to training their brains.

Already before that, the idea is to put out some state-of-the-art 21st century Brain Training videos on Youtube etc and to make the soundtrack available to everyone who wants to give it a shot...

Already before the first Task, you are warmly welcomed to join the production and provide any ideas or thoughts you have.

I knwo have an idea that I know from experience that works and will gain huge momentum on the net. I'm humbly recognizing the need for skilled people - mainly in the areas of graphics and video production - who will want to take pride in being among the people that made Aivobic BIG back in 2009...
