This originates from a dream I had (the real sleeping kind of dream) and I hope you like it:
Just a general harmonic shot of a sea at night so it's rather dark. Then a light comes in picture and it's something like windsurfers, but they have lights in the skeleton of their sails and perhaps the sails are a bit flourescent too. the humans apear as mere dark shapes against the light.
I think it's suitable for such a short movie since it's only a simple but impressive sight that really doesn't need any further explanation. They just look awesome and that's it.
As a 3D/comp-artist I would like to see it made in 3D.
I found a slight example, though it's merely windsurfers at night with their sails reflecting a cameraflash.
Though I'd want it to be more tron-like, like the latter one.
Here you can see the reactions that the artist had, which I think reflects that this might be a good idea.
