REVOLT is the last chapter of 5 GOODBYES, a feature film consisting of five no-budget chapters that also work as single short films. Each chapter is visually and narratively unique, but together they form a circle of life, starting with a 9-year-old girl and ending with an old man willing to die. We're hoping to shoot at the end of July, and still trying to finance the minimal budget (http://www.indiegogo.com/5goodbyes). You can watch the first four chapters online:

GOODBYE1: SHIMMER

9-year-old Maria (Kimia Samar) can no longer remember when she saw her parents together the last time. Anxious over the situation she dreams herself into a fairy tale world and becomes friends with a strange man. However, she cannot remain there long, as the menacing lady of the house returns.

GOODBYE2: COMING HOME

Siblings Jana and Vincent (Merly Vogt and Jonas Zorn) are forced by their parents to provide a false alibi for their older brother Jan, who allegedly committed a horrible crime. Jana protests relentlessly against the plan, while Vincent silently observes how the family image collapses. Before the family confronts the world, they have one night to come together in agreement.

GOODBYE3: WALLS

Lisa (Vera Molitor) and Lars (Matthias Brinkmann) celebrate the end of their relationship by deleting the wall paintings in their former apartment. They can’t imagine being a couple anymore, but the pictures at the walls show them the dream world that they once created.

GOODBYE4: DIVER

David (Ekkehard Freye) is looking for his wife Karla, who suddenly disappeared – only leaving him a note. When he hacks her Skype-Account, he gets new hints where Karla could be and what life she’s living now.

GOODBYE 5: REVOLT

Luther wants to spend his last days of his life alone in the woods. Plagued by mysterious visions, he tries to fight the excruciating pain and the powerful nature. When he is confronted with a fateful encouter, he is able to come to terms with his own mortality.
